We find out before we quote
A grinding noise can be pads, a bearing or a stone in a shield, so we confirm it before quoting.
You approve it, in numbers, first
You get the repair and the cost before a tool comes out, and if we cannot reach you the vehicle waits.
You hear from us during, not after
A back ordered part, a long job or something extra gets you a call while there is still time to decide.
When the repair uncovers a second problem
It happens on older vehicles. A caliper comes off and the hose behind it is cracked.
The vehicle stops there and we call with what it adds to the price and the time. Do it now, do it later, or do the original job only. If the find makes the original repair not worth doing, we will say so.
If it is not right afterwards, bring it back
Not next service, not once it gets worse. If the noise is still there or the repair did not hold, we want the vehicle back while the job is fresh.
If the fault is ours we put it right, and if it is separate we will show you the difference. Ask about part coverage before we fit it. Keep your invoice, since it records what was replaced and when.
Do I need an appointment?
Call first so we can tell you whether we can get to the vehicle that day.
How long will it take?
You get a time estimate once we know the work, and a call if it changes.
Do you work on my make?
We handle domestic and imported cars, pickups and SUVs, so call with the year, make and model.
Can I get an estimate first?
Routine work gets a figure on the phone, while a noise or a leak needs a look first.
What if I cannot pay for everything at once?
Say so early and we will split the list into what makes the vehicle safe now and what can wait.
Can you take it in an emergency?
Call and describe what happened, and we will tell you on the phone whether we have a bay.
Ask us before you commit
Call, describe what the vehicle is doing, and see whether you get a plain answer.
